ROL Train

Parenting is our greatest responsibility, often our greatest joy, and sometimes our greatest challenge.  God has much to say to us in regards to parenting; some strong encouragements, warnings, and reoccurring messages.  As parents we need to be in tune with the father heart of God and embrace his model for parenting.  In these sessions we will uncover the wonderful treasures he has waiting for us in his word, truths that will forever change the way we parent!  They equip us to parent with confidence in a world that is full of uncertainty.

Prayer - Amos Martel

Second Session - 7:45 - 8:45pm

Throughout this year of ROL Train, we will continue to explore different aspects of prayer. We will begin by looking at forms of prayer that have been prevalent throughout the development of Christianity. We will look at models of prayer that were developed in the generations following the Apostles and see if there are perhaps contemporary ways of integrating this type of prayer into our regular prayer lives. I am hoping as well that as we meet this year we will have a chance to have good discussion and so learn from one another. And, of course, in each session we will take time to practice the things that we are learning about. So come ready to learn, ready to share, and ready to pray.
